Refund policy

At Jarwal Creators, we aim to provide high-quality formalwear and a smooth shopping experience. Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return & Replacement Period

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
Both replacement and refund options are available for eligible products.

2. Mandatory Package Opening Video

Customers must record a continuous, clear, and unedited video while opening the package immediately after receiving the order.

The video should clearly show:

The sealed package before opening.
The shipping label/order details.
The complete package-opening process.
The product and its condition after opening.
Any damage, missing item, incorrect product, or other issue.

Important Notice

If the customer does not record a package-opening video, Jarwal Creators may not be able to verify claims relating to damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products, and no action may be taken on such claims.

Customers are therefore strongly advised to keep the complete package-opening video safely until the order has been fully checked and the return/replacement period has ended.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be unwashed.
Be free from stains, damage, perfume/deodorant marks, alterations, or other signs of use.
Have all original tags and labels attached.
Include the original packaging and accessories supplied with the order.
Be returned in its original condition.

4. Used or Altered Products

After receiving the returned product, Jarwal Creators will inspect it.

If the product is found to have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise not in its original condition, the return request may be rejected.

In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided, subject to applicable law.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our inspection and the refund is approved:

The refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days after the return has been processed and approved.
Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

6. Replacement

Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, provided the product meets the return conditions.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be provided instead.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order:

Do not use or wash the product.
Keep the original packaging and tags.
Contact Jarwal Creators within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and the complete package-opening video along with photographs/details if requested.

The claim will be reviewed after verification.

Without a package-opening video, Jarwal Creators may not be able to verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery, and no action may be taken on the claim.

8. Custom-Fit / Personalised Products

For custom-fit or personalised products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customisation information.

Products made according to customer-provided measurements or specifications may have different eligibility requirements. Please contact us before placing a return request if you have an issue with a custom-fit product.
